Day 1

In the morning, we'll begin with a warm welcome and introductions, setting the stage for our objectives and activities. Following this, we'll delve into the Power of Teams, exploring the significance of teamwork through presentations, case studies, and group discussions. After lunch, we'll thoroughly examine the Five Dysfunctions, engaging in interactive exercises to identify personal and organizational examples.

Moving to the afternoon, our focus shifts to Building Trust. Participants will explore strategies, engage in trust-building exercises, and participate in small group discussions. The day concludes with Group Reflection and Action Planning, allowing participants to reflect on the day, plan specific trust-building initiatives, and engage in a Q&A session.

Day 2

We kick off with Embracing Conflict, emphasizing the role of healthy conflict in team success. Techniques for resolution and interactive activities follow. Fostering Commitment is our next session, involving the creation of shared visions, commitment-building exercises, and discussions on team norms.
