Then Freshy show is the perfect activity for your theme night.
In Freshy show, your new recruits must come up with a 3-minute performance on stage.
Unlike many of our activities, this team bonding game needs a bit of preparation and notice. Ideally, inform all employees that have joined in 2021 about two weeks before to prepare a show. Let them perform individually or in groups. Do not give them too much information or guidance, so they can be creative.
Be prepared to watch spectacular performances of your staff on stage and cheer them on.
