Problem solving with fun

Problem solving is one of our most popular workshop of the "Learning with fun" series, and there is a reason for it.

We don't have to be executives yet we are confronted with hundreds of problems every day, some small ones, some large ones, and most are solved within the minute. Some problems, however, are to big to be solved by individuals, and can only be solved in groups. And the higher up we climb the corporate ladder, the more frequent are we confronted with important problems; or challenges, in the executive jargon.

There are standardized approaches how to solve problems, like the 5Why technique, by Toyota founder Kiichiro Toyoda, or the Kaizen technique how to eliminate waste.

Our problem solving with fun workshop in Bangkok focuses on team bonding, with little theory and lots of activities and fun. Your team are set a series of challenges, which they can only overcome by working together as a team. Team bonding is one of the consequences of solving a problem together.
